Anti Excellence spring lunch series
We’ve created a community [ together ] and are ready to take things up a notch [ with Anti Excellence in mind, always ]
After spending hours at our table together, the next version of Anti Excellence Lunch Hour is a Spring Series where we can have a specific focus each month, stay accountable to our community, and see our progress and we move through Anti Excellent milestones that support your growth.
Let’s go deeper [ but keep things easy] with Out of Office Hours
With the OPTION to add additional support, this series aims to take the notes you’ve made { whether in your notebook or in the back of your mind } and create action and clarity from them. Out of Office Hours is an ADDED resource to our in-person time together for continued connection and deeper support.
Because if we uncover what's bothering us during our lunch, we decide what we will (or won't) take action on in the coming month...what happens if we lose motivation? Get down on ourselves? Hit a roadblock. We might need a pep talk. And we can do that without a meeting or adding to your calendar. We can do that from your phone. From your desk. Typing instead of talking.
Ready to relieve [ some ] of the stress you’re feeling? Invest in getting expert support and community encouragement FOR YOURSELF so you can better support those around you.

April 4: Self-Doubt to Self Worth
So much of the friction we feel that so many of you have shared during Anti Excellence Lunch Hour comes from a basic feeling — I’m not WORTH other people’s support. I’m not WORTH what I desire. I’m not WORTH what I want to build. When we start by dismantling this belief [ even just a tiny bit ] we are ready to move forward.
May 9: Boundary Setting + the Grief of Holding the Line
When we create boundaries we often expect immediate relief. Instead, we find some discomfort. Grief. Holding boundaries requires letting go. Involves feeling disappointment. Asks us to say goodbye to people or things we found comfort in. Meeting that grief head on helps us move forward.
June 6: Learning to Act on Self-Trust
Self-trust is an act. A continued set of actions. It means not just KNOWING your internal compass is correct, it’s making choices and taking action based on that knowing.

Unburden, uncover, and understand
Replace doubts with direction
Make decisions and invest fully in what’s been decided—for you or by you
Better lead, support, and appreciate your team (like through role-defining and hiring, culture-building and dynamics, or making remote work actually work)
Dream up and deliver on badass customer experiences
Plan with greater purpose and perspective (through decluttering and prioritizing, feeling out your true capacity and motivation, and getting the details out of your head and into a process)
Set empowering boundaries (with your clients/customers, your team, family, friends, and that inner perfectionist)
Work out a strategy problem
Work out what you thought was a strategy problem ;)
I’ve been where you are [ SPOILER ALERT: I’m still there ] and I truly care—about who you are, all you do, and how we can make your life and your work feel truer, richer, and more meaningful than ever
Can’t make it this time? I have more community sessions, speaking events and changes to connect coming up soon. Let’s stay in touch.
