During this lunch hour you’ll get:
Personalized Support [ if you want it ]: Bring your questions about over-performing, overwhelm, decision fatigue, and more. I’ll invite those with specific questions to the hot seat [ or the comfortably warm seat, if you prefer ] to talk about it directly.
Community Support [ whether you like it or not ]: Engage with a community of like-minded professionals who understand the unique challenges of thriving [ and sometimes simply surviving ] as a recovering perfectionist and ambitious high achiever.
Accountability & Encouragement: Sharing our challenges in front of an expert [ hey! ] and even some strangers [ yep! ] can be a great way to be accountable to YOURSELF instead of at the mercy of what others expect of you. Vulnerability creates connection, connection makes room for growth.
Discretion & Discussion: Frank conversations, community [ and yes even a little commiserating ] can feel like a breath of fresh air [ phew! ] and a little boost of wind in your sails [ woo! ]. Share as much or as little as you’d like, expectations for privacy and respect will be clearly set [ and held ] by me.
This session is meant to be supportive for you here and NOW – I fully expect you will feel some relief and some increased confidence when you walk away.
